چکیده

The construction industry is currently one of the least digitised. However, due to recent technological developments, building information modelling and management (BIM) systems are increasingly being used increase efficiency constructions sustainable use resources energy buildings. In case new or renovations, properly designed hygrothermal behaviour materials, elements structures unavoidable achieve objectives mentioned above. Therefore, we can ensure comfort our users healthy living space.BIM most suitable widespread method for digital stock related data integration. With possibilities offered by BIM, it possible integrate physical right into architectural design process. with standard BIM systems, cannot embed detailed material properties, weather, effects natural built environment in model heat moisture transfer (HAM) performance evaluation at present. Furthermore, exchange process one-way mainly unregulated between numerical simulation tools. In presented paper, both a Closed an Open based workflow bridge gap components constructions, that contribute sustainable, economic optimal also could be basis artificial intelligence-based optimised solutions.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the Malaysian Architecture Industry

For the past quarter century, the architecture profession have seen tremendous developments in skills level, work processes and professional culture with the adoption of digital technologies. Investment in technology has always been to improve effectiveness in practice and increase performance in the design/build process that yields a return of investment at the end of the day. Today, more and ...

Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Project Management: a Stakeholders Perspective

Construction projects are becoming much more complex and difficult to manage. As a response Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been developing at a very fast pace. The major shift in ICT for the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector is the spreading of Building Information Modeling (BIM) (Bryde, Broquetas, & Volm, 2013). BIM is a system and its main objective is...

Sketch-based Building Modelling

Computer generated 3D models of buildings are an important component of many computer graphics applications. Rapid and easy-to-use modelling techniques are often more important than the ability to create precise and detailed geometry. We present a sketch-based modelling tool for the rapid creation of rough 3D building models. The algorithm analyses the sketch input, extracts shape and detail in...

Building Information Modeling (bim)-based Design of Energy Efficient Buildings

With the increased awareness of energy consumption as well as the environmental impact of building operations, architects, designers and planners are required to place more consideration on sustainability and energy performance of the building. To ensure most of those considerations are reflected in the building performance, critical design decisions should be made by key stakeholders early dur...

Parametric Modelling (bim) for the Documentation of Vernacular Construction Methods: a Bim Model for the Commissariat Building, Ottawa, Canada

Whether a house of worship or a simple farmhouse, the fabrication of a building reveals both the unspoken cultural aspirations of the builder and the inevitable exigencies of the construction process. In other-words, why buildings are made is intimately and inevitably associated with how buildings are made. Nowhere is this more evident than in vernacular architecture. At the Carleton Immersive ...
